Newborn Sleep Program (0-3 months) - 4 weeks of support

$650.00

Wondering if you can teach your newborn any sleep skills right off the bat? You can, with a 4-week sleep program!

It all starts with a questionnaire to inform us about your family’s sleep needs. With that information your Sleep Consultant will design a customized sleep program for your newborn. You’ll meet with them on zoom to go over the plan in detail.

Plans may include proper swaddling techniques, optimal safe-sleep environments, bottle or breast-feeding guidelines, soothing strategies, and troubleshooting common age-appropriate sleep scenarios. This program can help lay the foundations for healthy independent sleep as your child grows.

During these 4 weeks you will also have daily, virtual support from your sleep consultant for check-ins and any questions that may pop up.

This is a great choice for a family curious about setting independent sleep habits for their babies right from the beginning, or for families who are struggling to find some sleep relief in the earliest days. We recommend a 4-week program because infant sleep progress is slow but steady.
