When it comes to your baby’s birth, you know how you’d like to feel. Now it’s time to find the right doulas to support you on your journey.

Are your “pregnancy concierges,” a consistent person to talk to during your pregnancy (via text, phone or email)
Create a calm and peaceful environment for labor
Give you a birth preferences template, and help you put your birth preferences into a user-friendly format for your care team. This includes access to Motherboard Birth, digital birth preferences app
Share vetted resources and referrals when appropriate (massage, nutrition, pediatric ENTs, NICU support, pediatricians, new parent support groups, IVF support groups, pelvic floor recovery, etc)
Help you share your preferences, questions and concerns to your care team before and during labor
Provide physical support in labor (e.g. comfort touch, counter pressure, guided breathing) per your preferences
Provide emotional support to alleviate uncertainty, affirm feelings, encourage you to ask questions when they arise
Provide the information you need (like evidence-based explanations of labor stages, medicated and non-medicated pain relief options and interventions) so that you can make informed decisions
Support partners in providing comfort measures

Support of two highly-qualified doulas using a shared on call/off call schedule (and the peace of mind of knowing you’ll get the support of a well-rested doula)
Unlimited text/phone support in pregnancy (we always have one doula on call and ready to respond to questions via text, email or phone).
1-2 prenatal meetings to identify and practice labor strategies, learn about options and fill in any gaps in understanding about comfort measures, non-medical and medical pain relief options and potential interventions
Support making a birth preference list so that you can articulate your preferences to your medical care team
Unlimited text/phone support in early labor
