  • glycolic acid

  • salicylic acid

  • azelaic acid

  • vitamin C

  • coconut oil

  • vitamin E

  • Mineral-based SPFs including zinc  (ex: Sun Bum mineral spray, Neutrogena Sheer Zinc Stick)

  • hyaluronic acid

Red Flags: Ingredients to Avoid:

  • retinol

  • formaldehyde

  • vitamin A

  • hydroquinone

  • phthalates

  • chemical SPFs including oxybenzone, octinoxate, octisalate, avobenzone  

  • Accutane oral medication for acne 

Remember:
