Hello! My name is Christina, a postpartum/infant care doula on the Boston Area Doulas team. I specialize in overnight care for families.

I have been changing diapers since I was a kid! Time and time again, I've seen too many families be exhausted after bringing their baby home. My goal as a doula is to help families feel rested and healthy and to provide parents with the support they need.

Prior to becoming a doula, I spent most of my career working in healthcare--supporting medical staff while providing empathy, compassion and excellent customer service to patients. Providing support to loved ones around me is something that I have always found great joy in. I became inspired to become a doula when I realized I had the ability to provide relief, support and compassion to parents.

My advice to families: Don't expect any two days to be the same with babies. Have an open mind to what the experience will be like. Every baby is unique.

When I am not providing support to parents, I love to travel, try new foods and spend time with loved ones.

Check out what one of Christina’s families had to say about her:

"She is great! Baby M and I are doing great, it has been super helpful to have Christina stay overnight with us!"
